Welcome!
Located in the heart of Poipu, these 8 villas offer all the comforts of home in a luxurious tropical setting.
With only 15 two‐villa townhouses in this 7 acre garden setting, this is one of the lowest density destinations in Poipu. Here you will enjoy spaciousness, privacy and quiet enjoyment of the tropical flowers, trees, palms and resident birds. The buildings are situated to provide privacy with garden views. The spacious covered lanais (12’ by 12’) provide a unique “extra” room to enjoy the botanical landscape. There is a large swimming pool next to the large clubhouse and covered terrace with communal BBQ grills. Other amenities include table tennis, saunas and tennis court. With so few villas it is not unusual to have the pool, tennis court and clubhouse all to yourself.
Each 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa has two levels. The upper level has a spacious master bedroom with ensuite. The entry level has a large living room, full‐size kitchen, guest bedroom, bath with laundry, dining area and lanai. The lanai is accessed via sliding patio doors from either the living room or dining room. These privately‐owned villas are furnished with tropical and polynesian themes. All villas have full-size, fully equipped kitchens for a home‐away‐from‐home experience. The kitchens include refrigerator, range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster or toaster-oven and other amenities, pots/pans, cutlery, flatware, dishes, glasses, linens, etc. We also offer a parking spot next to each unit at no charge.
Some units have their own Braodband connection and HDTV, whereas our resort has Wi-Fi (at the club house) which can be used by all guests.

Our stay at Villa #6 was wonderful. The villa contained all the conveniences of home and then some. It was quite a walk to the beach, but the privacy and amenities of the villa more than made up for that. We did have a small problem with getting the key to work in the door. It worked but it was a struggle. Maybe a new lock would solve that problem. However, it is a beautiful place and we would definitely recomment it.

We could not have been happier in our condo. It was beautiful, peaceful, clean, and relaxing. Our children loved to run on the grassy area behind the villa, and they spent hours in the swimming pool. We had absolutely every amenity and appliance we could need in the condo and were able to cook anything we liked. We had access to boogie boards, snorkel gear, and sand toys. After a long day at the beach, we all loved coming "home" to our beautiful little oasis. We are so grateful to have found this little haven.
